This week the English department ran a trip to The Mayflower in Southampton to see An Inspector Calls. This is a text the students study for their GCSE.
We took 57 students and 10 teachers, to say they had an amazing time would be an understatement. Some of the students had never been to the theater before, so seeing their faces at the wonder of it was enough, even without the fantastic range of engaging conversations going around the coach on the return journey.
